Return Process

  Log into your CONTROL account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
